A joint collaboration between Ananda Flow Yoga and Sunyata Yoga and Gongs. A beautiful session of Yin Yoga topped off with a Sound Bath.

Bowerhill Village Hall

A collaborative workshop between Sunyata Yoga and Willow & Grace yoga.This afternoon workshop will include Yoga and a Sound Bath.

You will need to bring a: yoga mat, blanket, pillow (spares will be available on the day).

The cost is £20
